    Garden paradise

    The property was surrounded by a gorgeous garden in a very quiet area of Geraldine. The room was compact, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Shower was piping hot. Breakfast was basic and adequate- poached fruit selection, cereals and tea or coffee. Our hosts Jenny and Ken were delightful, eager to share local knowledge and warmly friendly. Two cats only allowed in the house not the guest room. Lovely chocolate Labrador Spaniel cross too. Good access and parking within metres of the room.

    Spotlessly clean room in a lovely garden. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts.

    One of the reviews we read before booking said it was located in the town. That said, its only a short drive and well worth it.

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay and complement our hosts on the lovely full breakfast which is included.

    Single compact room with ensuite, very comfortable and clean.

    A bit remote, however still only a 5 (ish) minute drive to town. The room was a little small.
