    Overpriced & very little customer service

    Was pretty

    For the amount of money we paid for 1 night, the hotel could have at least offered some hot coffee in the lobby. The Italian restaurant manager was doing favors for people rather than sticking to the list of those who checked in - 1st come first served. Had to wait 40 minutes.

    Hotel is beautiful. Beautiful Mountain Views. Front staff very welcoming. Great location. We loved our stay and wou

    Cleanliness. Location. Staff

    Housekeeping needs more supervision. Towels were changed once in 3 days. Bed was never made. There was a number to call but after a full day out we just wanted some rest.
