Schöne, saubere Wohnung – sehr wohlgefühlt!
Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung, gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Es fehlt ein Moskitonetz, was besonders bei warmem Wetter und beim kochen sehr störend ist. Außerdem gibt es keinen eigenen Parkplatz, sodass die Parkplatzsuche umständlich und kostenpflichtig war.

Ako stvorený pre rodiny, úplne komplet vybavený a skvelá poloha. Všetko čistučké.
Výnimočná poloha voči moru a námestiam na ktorých to žije obchodmi a kultúrou.
Jediné čo by pridalo na hodnote by bol balkón.

Great location and modern interior, but the pigeon - filled courtyard, bathroom smell and extremely uncomfortable sofa b
The location is definitely the biggest advantage. It is right by the sea, just across the street, the property itself is modern and nicely renovated.
The biggest disappointment was the windows. They face an enclosed inner courtyard full of pigeons and pigeon droppings, which felt very unhygienic. Because of this, we could not comfortably open the windows at all - so although the apartment is right by the sea, you basically cannot enjoy fresh air. There was also an unpleasant sewage smeel coming from the bathroom. And the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable - after a week our backs were really hurting. It is nicely and modernly furnished, but comfort definitely needs improvement.
