Excellent location and wonderful staff
Really liked the excellent location which provided many opportunities to explore Lakes Entrance and surrounding areas, walking, biking, boating and many other activities. The outside pool facilities were excellent. There were many dining options around the place which we really enjoyed. Being a small resort, we understood that it would not have the kind of facilities that some of the other larger Holiday Concepts resorts possess. But we didn't feel it at all. Marion was an excellent host too. Her briefing session was quite informative, and we picked few ideas from it as well.

Nice spot beside the North Arm
We have just had a very enjoyable week at the Riviera Beach Resort. Nice two bedroom apartment with full kitchen and good size living area. Two toilets one bathroom and laundry gave us all we needed for the week. Very clean , tv in living area and main bedroom, free wifi worked very well. Resort manager Marion arranged a get together on the Saturday morning which was well attended, Tea coffee and yummy cakes were provided. It was great as Marion gave us a rundown on the resort and places of interest in the area, it was also a chance to meet other guests which is always nice. We were also able to borrow an air fryer for the week and another bonus was we had free access to the local swimming pool complex the AQUADOME, that was quite nice. The resort is right beside the waters of the North Arm and only a short walk into the Main Street. There are barbecue facilities for use if you want them. Units were very comfortable and warm. We look forward to staying there again in the future

Great location and comfortable stay.
It was clean, very convenient location, great to be so close to the river and the main esplanade. The rooms were well kept and the fact that there was backyard space for the little dog was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay very much. I would come back again.

Great place to holiday.
Great location , excellent facilities, very clean and modern. Staff most helpful. Lakes Entrance a great place to holiday,... lots of restaurants, and coffee shops. Surf fishing good too. Nice fashion shops

Lakes Entrance Holiday Concept Resort is a fabulous place to stay. The accommodation is well setup. Its light & airy, heater works a treat! The activities in Lakes & surrounding areas kept us busy. We shall return again because the hospitality at the resort was 5 stars. We still have activies & adventures to complete.
