    Pros & Cons

The place is very luxurious. The view is scenic. The sea is more than wonderful .Check in was very quick. The breakfast buffet had so many varieties & the quality was very good.I would like to give Miss Elen Saeed from the guest relation team a huge thank you for solving the inconveniences we faced perfectly & was keen to make our vacation a memorable one.

The hotel was very crowded and unfortunately it wasn't taken into consideration how to set enough tables for the guests at the restaurant & the same problem was there for the seating at the beach & swimming pools. Yet, thanks to Miss Elen Saed from the guest relation team who was able to solve the issue to our satisfaction.
