    Excellent guest services

    The property was in an excellent location with free access to Land of Legends. They catered for allergies and their kitchen staff from the management team, to the chefs, and everyone serving worked tirelessly and they had great hygiene and cleanliness standards, even their uniforms were immaculately clean. The 24/7 restaurant is handy if you arrive late. However the real credit goes to the guest services team. We were assigned two lovely assistants Anita and Aria. Their care and concern with attention to detail were of exceptional standards. They were available via a watts app chat group and responded promptly. Especially Aria he went above and beyond to assist.
