    Won’t use that caravan again as wasn’t happy with above and the threatening message I got for not paying a pet fee on ti

    The hot tub was a great addition. The kitchen & shower were clean.

    The settee was dirty and old. Rock hard to sit on. Definitely need a new one. The beds were too small. The duvet covers were old and faded. Spiders everywhere so they could have got rid of those.

    Very clean, spacious, modern caravan. Great location and everything you need for a relaxing break. Our second time staying here and will return again.

    The camp site was very good . Lots going on if you had passes. Near to skegness and other Lido. Chippy on site very nice. Shop well stocked.. Hot tub good.

    Two bathrooms advertised. One is a en suite toilet the other a bathroom. Not enough shower facilities when eight people. The most uncomfortable beds all need replacing. Springs coming through, main double bed dips in the middle. Bed settee the mattress is not thick enough anymore. Would definitely go back to the site but pick a different caravan. Advertised has Luxur definitely not.

    Very underwhelming

    Location was brilliant for us with a toddler. However it’s definitely a rip of paying for the pass when we couldn’t get booked on to any activities. We paid £90 to allow us to use the splash park once and go to the amusements. I’m sure it would be worth while if we could book on

    The caravan is in need of a once over, the outdoor seating was broken, not ideal with a 2 year old, only 1 jet worked in the hot tub. The oven was broken. We had no WiFi and my partner needed to work from site. The owner needs to fix the snags before it starts to look more tired and unkept. Very disappointing.
