Super nette und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Zudem hat die Ferienwohnung einen toller Garten mit Pool und Grill. Abends gab es noch ein kleines Lagerfeuer. Sehr gut geeignet für (größere) Gruppen. Die Wohnung und Küche sind außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Preisgestaltung ist etwas ungewöhnlich, es wird recht teuer bei vielen Übernachtungsgästen. Da die Wohnung die gleiche bleibt und der Aufwand bis auf Bereitstellung von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche nicht von der Personenanzahl abhängt würde ich empfehlen den Personenaufschlag deutlich zu reduzieren.

Cooler Pool, nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter

היינו משפחה של שני מבוגרים ושלושה ילדים 9,14,18. היה מספיק מקום לכולם וכל המתקנים היו במקום ועבדו כמו שצריך. דירה נמצא בקומת קרקע ויש גם גינה עם בריכה, זה מאוד כייף לקפוץ לבריכה ביום חם אחרי הטיול. בגינה יש מנגל גז שהשתמשנו בו מספר פעמים כשהגיעו אלינו אורחים, היה מאוד נחמד. דירה נמצא 5 דקות הליכה מתחנת רכבת ככה שהיה מאוד נוח להגיע למרכז נירנברג, בערך רבע שעה של נסיעה. הבעלים של הדירה היו מאוד נחמדים וזמינים לכל השאלות שלנו וגם שמרו על הפרטיות שלנו, המון תודה לרולף ואישתו, נהנינו מאוד 🙏🙏🙏

Bien placé pour visiter Nuremberg
- Bel appartement, tres bien situé pour visiter Nuremberg. -Jardin avec pelouse et grande piscine tres agréables -La terrasse extérieure est bien placée mais il fait tres chaud sous le toit plastique
-Nous sommes venus à une période où il faisait presque 40 degrés dehors, et donc tres chaud aussi à l'intérieur. Une climatisation serait bienvenue . -Siège des WC tres jauni, à changer. -La porte du frigo était salle et collante. - salle d'eau/WC pas très pratique. On mouille très vite le sol. -Les poubelles sur la terrasse sont pratiques mais ne sont pas décoratives et apportent des mauvaises odeurs. -La décoration avec les fleurs en tissu ancien et décoloré serait à refaire. - le mobilier intérieur mis sur la terrasse a mal vieilli (tissu en particulier) - le jardin mériterait d'être un peu rangé : jouets, velos ... - nous aurions aimé avoir un contact quelques jours avant notre arrivée. Nous avons envoyé un message la veille mais on ne nous a pas répondu .
