Big modern apartment with fabulous view central in Ambelside.
Huge bright lounge, kitchen. Free parking at the back.Nice bathroom. Responses back from rental managers great, very apologetic and eager to rectify.
Found dirty towels on arrival, glasses, cups. Mattress protectors showed signs of body fluids, hairs. Sofa was covered in stains. Generally a deep clean needed. Noise from people late at night outside. Smaller beds than we realised.

歐洲的房子幾乎都沒有電梯，如果有大行李、或是行動不便，就會很麻煩。

Amazing location, gorgeous place with great amenities. Would highly recommend!!!
Nothing - it was perfect. There was an issue with a fire alarm going off but the host company answered our calls straight away and assisted in sorting the issue.

Beds could be a little bigger.....Comfy enough, just smaller than what we are used to!
