    La ubicación y las vistas. Rapidez del ascensor. Que tiene plaza de parquing.

    Distancia a la piscina. Baño justito. Sólo 2 habitaciones. Hay que dormir en sofá cama frente al lavabo. Puertas correderas aluminio terraza, muy duras, no se pueden apenas mover. Menaje y cubiertos cocina.
