Very dirty, uncleaned and disappointed
The staff on the phone were helpful once we got into the property, although we was not given the entry code until we wasted nearly an hour with unanswered calls, so we had try and drive to the office. Once we spoke with some one, he was helpful and pleasant, and within an hour we had a call back to move properties because the house was filthy. The house was a good size.
although the property was filthy and had not been cleaned, with pubic hair in one of the beds, and covering the bathroom floor, even stuck in spider webs in the corners and skirting sides. The sofas were full of food crumbs, left toys and playing cards from whomever was in previous, and sofas stained. The floor was sticky and some kitchen cupboards smelt of damp. There was only three forks, and cups and plates were dirty. Decking in the garden was like a trampoline and dangerous for kids.
