    Unfortunately the experience was overshadowed by unexpected charges

    Forced to choose between a non-refundable £35 fee or a £350 deposit returned up to 14 days later. As an Irish traveller attending a wedding, I wasn't comfortable risking having to chase £350 after leaving the UK. The £350 option wouldn't work, leaving me no choice but to pay £35. This felt misleading and very disappointing.

    Property has cancelled our booking last minute and not offered an alternative.

    Reason is they have a nice in the property

    This was super best kept secret in Rochester I've reduced mobility issues so having a bedroom on the ground floor and having only to go up set stairs to the living room and kitchen was great The only thing that I would improve on would be a shower in the downstairs bedroom and the use of the garage as the parking is very poor But having said all that I can't wait to rebook

    Not enough parking for two cars as we're a party of six and with my reduced mobility issues we needed two car's

    Amazing 10* stay

    The area was quiet. The house was exceptionally clean & beautifully presented. There is even a nice sofa, an actual sofa, not an uncomfortable fold up bed that are common in rentals (I have stayed in a few) this one is lush! A toilet for every bedroom which was handy for us, three daughters travelled with me who like to argue about time spent in the bathroom. A dishwasher was an amazing bonus & I loved the balcony! The house is very close to Rochester town & not a long walk from Chatham town. A perfect place

    There's nothing I didnt like, the whole place suited our needs
