    A great place to base yourself for travels in the Lake District

    Lovely hosts who very helpful with tips on places to see and things to do in the area. Excellent room, nice breakfast and good location only a short walk from the Windermere town centre.

    A wonderful place

    It is clean and cozy, but what gives this place its unique atmosphere is the wonderful owners. Very helpful and friendly. Truly top-notch. Delicious breakfasts – highly recommended :)

    Lovely hosts just waiting to give you your dream stay in the Lake District!

    The hosts at the guest house were phenomenal, with an attention to detail I've experienced at no other B&B. The breakfast was superb--delicious and fresh. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed. The bathroom had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the views from our room. We had an easy walk from the house to the village and to beautiful hikes, as well to great restaurants. The hosts were caring, friendly, and knew everything about everything we wanted to do--especially when it came to walks. We had such a great time that we feel we've barely scratched the surface of having an experience of the Lake District and must return soon. We'll be sure to stay here again!

    Everything was perfect. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask!
