    Don’t stay here, properly doesn’t help if there’s a problem dirty seats and overpriced and not a nice place to stay

    The only thing that was good was the location.

    I arrived on a Tuesday and the bathroom didn’t have a lock, I messaged the property straight away I checked out on Saturday and didn’t have a single response. They take your money and don’t help you afterwords. I also had to pay a security deposit for this property after I booked through booking.com, i was there for four days without a lock on the bathroom and no resolution from the property or company. The floor boards are very creaky and make a lot of noise. The property is not very clean massive stains are visible on the dining table chairs. Overall I would not stay again and wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here bad experience after paying so much. Don’t stay here

    Rockcliffe Road

    The rooms were comfortable, and nicely decorated.

    Two general waste and one recycling bin were overflowing and additional bagged rubbish was located in the garden and had been there for some time, the recycling bin was placed out for collection but refused. The odour was offensive and we were unable to open windows. The images were shared on arrival with a promise this would be shared with the maintenance team.
