    Bad

    The staff people are very friendly, especially Shammi. He’s helped us a lot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    It’s a very bad smell in all the room, and not what I saw in pictures and it was not very nice, also breakfast was very bad and I couldn’t eat it. I booked for three or four nights, but we left the next days because of the bad smell and it was very noisy. We are really disappointed in that place.

    Comfortable way to begin a holiday for a large group meeting in Columbo.

    Lovely spacious apartment. Breakfast served in the room. Convenient bar and restuarant on the roof. Friendly and helpful staff.

    Some confusion with TukTuk drivers - staff could have been clerer.

    Exceptional staff, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotless and well maintained a credit to all involved. Would definitely stay again.

    Some late at noise from workmen doing maintenance.
