It could be a great place with a few changes and hold on the sarcasm
The property was clean and looked nice , was quite near facilities, though a car or scooter would be a good idea.
The bed squeaked every time you turned and made sleeping difficult. The internet dipped out frequently and the kitchen was not well equipped. We mentioned the first 2 things to the owner and received sarcastic replies

Very nice apartment, we had a very comfortable stay.
The location was great, a 10 minute stroll down to the beach and restaurants. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The room was extremely clean and rubbish was removed daily. Nice balcony with good view over the mountains. Comfy double bed.
The shower curtain was a bit clingy and a coffee machine would have been super, but I am being a bit picky.
