    How to turn a lovely well-situated apartment into a derelict mess 101

    The apartment has an air of being an actual apartment where people live, not a rental. It is very spacious and in an excellent location close to Lužánky, Lidl, and tram stations.

    The apartment is very unclean and unmaintained. There were piles of months-old dust under the bed, the walls are dirty and peeling off in several places. Everything is leaking! The shower is leaking, the bathtub is leaking making the bathroom floor constantly covered in puddles, the electric kettle is leaking. Given the price, this is completely unacceptable. Buying a new shower hose, kettle, and some caulk literally costs less than 1/5 of the daily price. Sweeping the floor under the bed is a 30-second job. What a shame.
