Modern apartment with perfect location
Location is perfect, there are lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is spacious and modern. Self check-in process is very easy. This is good value for money.
The apartment needs minor renovation in bathroom. It would be desirable for to provide new bed sheets; the current ones are worn out.

Clean and safe location of the property.
The property is located really close to where all the happenings are. We can walk down to Ribeira in 10-15 mins. Same as going to Central where the shopping district is located. It's situated in a nice, clean and safe area. There is also a very good cafe downstairs called Canvas cafe, make sure you get there early as the queue can get too long. The staff send prompt instructions on checking in and out of the apartment. I love how the natural lighting goes in the living room. It's airy and we feel very comfortable. The beddings and towels are clean and smells freshly laundered.
I wouldn't say I don't like it that much since there is not much they can do on the layout of the bedroom. The bedroom doesn't have any window for ventilation. You have to slightly open the door when sleeping at night and use the fan. An air conditioning unit will be beneficial on this type of rooms.

Schöne Tage in Porto
Sehr sauberes, großzügiges Apartment nur ca 15 Gehminuten zum Zentrum. Gutes Frühstückslokal direkt neben dem Hauseingang.
Die Anweisung für die Bedienung des Codes zum Eintritt in die Wohnung hätte klarer sein können. Sonst perfekt.
