    Lovely 4 day stay

    Very good location to maidstone centre easy to walk to and from on foot if your haven't got a car , if you do a permit to park on road is provided on check in .. There is a keysafe access with your own entrance to your room .. The room is very homely and spotlessly clean .. Tv with Netflix free view channels BBC iplayer .. Bed was very comfortable the fan provided was brilliant .. Tea coffee biscuits A mini fridge with bottles of water , kettle ,toaster and microwave which I found very useful . Plates and cutlery in the cupboard above .. Bathroom is a full shower which was spotlessly clean with toilet and wash basin .. Towels and mini toiletries were provided . A very comfortable stay to see family . Sharon is a lovely host .. and provides good value for money in her accommodation Thank you Lucy

    Disappointing

    It was a 10 minute walk into the town centre

    It advertised on the road parking. This wasn't possible anywhere near the location. I had to pay for a car park during my stay and it was expensive. The room was very small and didn't appear to be very clean. The mattress was soft and had dips in it, very uncomfortable.

    Overall very impressed.

    I did not have breakfast at this particular location.

    Everything was exactly as it was described, a slight issue with parking down the road, but a badge was provided, the challenge was finding a space?
