    The staff were very attentive and lovely throughout.

    The pillows were too hard however we now know you can request soft pillows. Our shower flooded however staff again were very helpful and reacted very quickly.

    A nice stay but could do with some basic improvements

    The location of the hotel was beautiful - right in the countryside. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant with air con and most amenities. The breakfast was fantastic.

    The WiFi was terrible, poor connection which completely dropped a lot of the time so I ended up barely using it. The shower was cramped and the shower head was loose, and the door didn't close properly leading to puddles on the floor. The water pressure was also poor. There was only one double socket by the desk, none beside the bed despite the listing saying there would be one there. This made it quite awkward when I wanted to use my phone in bed or charge/use multiple electrical things at the same time.

    Convenient overnight stop close to A1

    Friendly and helpful staff in quaint old building overlooking open countryside. Restaurant open for most of day. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast served to table. u
