    Irresponsabilidad y mala gestión .

    La ubicación.

    Nuestra entrada era a las 15:00h y no estuvo preparada la hbt hasta las 17:00h.Teniendo en cuenta que llegabamos de un largo viaje y salíamos la siguiente mañana a las 08:00h a un viaje de 10h,lo que necesitabamos era descansar.Somos personas de 60 años.Advertimos de esa necesidad y no nos dieron ninguna opción,además de decirnos no saber cuando estaría lista la hbt. La reserva estaba hecha y pagada desde Agosto. Nos pareció una irresponsabilidad y mala gestión por parte del establecimiento. Grupo de 4 personas.11 de Octubre.

    Nice stay in a great location

    There was plenty of room for everyone, the rooms were comfortable and quiet. Facilities were good although the ground floor apartment could do with a new shower head! The rooms could benefit from a safe for valuables, but other than that, all good, plenty of room for all 13 of us. No complaints from all in our group, everything on point. Location was also good for getting around Madrid.

    Everything was as expected.
