    In the center yet a quite neighborhood - ideal for family trips.

    The property is situated close to the city center, and all main attractions can be reached on foot or through metro/bus access since stops are closeby, including access to the airport. Surrounding the property there are also various shops and restaurants for daily needs and eating out. In the center yet in a quite neighborhood. We had easy access to property through instructions given to us by host. Host was also nice enough to send various tips for going around and places of interest to visit. Property was spotlessly clean and modernly refurbished: clean and accessible bathroom, comfortable bed and living room, well equipped kitchen...could ask for more, especially with a toddler - cleanliness and being well furbished was really appreciated. Would consider again if revisiting Valencia.

    Would have appreciated later check-out, but managed to at least leave luggage for 1 hour till departure. Would have preferred instructions to be given in English, but somehow managed to get through. However, these are only minor issues. Positive ones definitely outnumber such trivialities.

    Un aparatment practic i ben comunicat.

    L'apartament està molt net i ben equipat. Té aire acondicionat i vetiladors. Una cuina molt complerta i el check in és fàcil i accessible. El llit és molt còmode i ens vna deixar una ampolla de vi i un kit de neteja, tambe amenities al bany. Tot un detall.

    El primer dia vam tenir un problema amb la dutxa, que necessitava una reparació urgent. Els propietaris, al principi, ens van donar llargues perque donaven per fet que érem nosaltres que no sabiem regular la temperatura. Finalment vam insistir i ens ho van solucionar però no ens vam poder dutxar fins la segona nit. Per la resta, tot bé, malgrat que és un apartament que en realitat és un local en uns baixos, sense gairebé finestres ni molta llum natural. Una mica lluny del centre però molt ben comunicat.
