    Perfect 🤩

    Property is so nice, the bed was very comfortable and good powerful shower. The location is perfect and all the best restaurants are very close. Host and staff at the restaurant below were very helpful with any queries.

    Nothing, it was perfect for our stay. Maybe directions to the location could be more specific as we had a little trouble finding it

    Great location, but the room, restaurant noise and an unpleasant restaurant experience significantly affected the stay.

    Excellent location inside Dubrovnik Old Town, with easy access to the main attractions and no steep uphill walk to reach the property. The host was punctual, polite, helpful, and flexible with an earlier check-in. She also provided useful local advice.

She also gave useful local advice and recommended the restaurant downstairs, which is also hers, especially the fresh tuna. Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by an incident there during dinner at around 8:30 PM. A tall blonde female staff member politely seated me, but shortly afterwards the slimmer of the two male waiters approached in an agitated manner and insisted the table was reserved. I explained that I was a guest and that his colleague had directed me to that table. Instead of simply acknowledging the restaurant’s mistake and offering another table, the situation made me feel unwelcome, so I left and dined elsewhere. The room is directly above the restaurant, with noise clearly audible at night and again in the morning while staff were restocking supplies. The room also felt quite cramped.

    Loved, loved, loved the location in the heart of old town. Check in was easy and Ljerka was really helpful and provided tips on where to visit. We could check in early which was really helpful as arrived in morning. The room itself is small but perfectly formed and the shower was amazing.

    Its expensive for what you get, but you are in the heart of the town. Woukd have appreciated tea, coffee and some glasses. Only 2 cups and a kettle.
