    Nice but some issues

Lovely spacious accomodation Fantastic views Good location Easy parking Large kitchen

The additional charge for the hot tub had not been made clear until the booking was no longer refundable. This should be clear in the title of the property and whether wanted or not discussed at booking stage. Could have been cleaner - there were toe nail clippings on the rug in the downstairs toilet.
