La vicinanza alla metropolitana.
Ho prenotato con pagamento presso la struttura con una tariffa più alta, ma contattandoli mi è stato comunicato che, a causa dell'orario, non era possibile pagare in loco e che avrei dovuto farlo con carta. Nonostante ciò, mi è stata addebitata la tariffa prevista per il pagamento in struttura, con un supplemento di 20 € per l'assistenza telefonica. Ho voluto cancellare la prenotazione e mi hanno indicato che non era possibile. Non consiglio questa struttura perché non sono orientati alla soddisfazione del cliente.

Un lugar que está bien para unos días
La ubicación es muy buena. Está en pleno centro. También diría que calidad/precio no está mal.
Es muy antiguo y olía a viejo. El ascensor funcionaba, pero solo podía subirse de a una persona Llegamos y la habitación no estaba hecha. Tuvimos que ir a dar una vuelta hasta que la limpiasen. Nos dieron algunas pocas frutas para compensar, aunque no me pareció suficiente.
