The service and breakfast were great.

The A/C did not work very well (luckily we weren't there during the heat of the Summer): it would only run a minute or 2 at a time, and the room was always warmer than the common area, even though I had it set as low as it would go (18C). Also, They had a hard time understanding that I wanted proof of paying the city tax. All I wanted was a handwritten note that I had paid, because they wanted cash, and I didn't want to have to pay twice, since they had several different people working there, but only 1 at a time.
