À la hauteur de nos attentes
Tout était très propre et le monsieur très accueillant. Il nous a donné des informations pratiques pour les transports et une recommandation de restaurant proche de l’appartement. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres assez spacieuses

Awful
The hotel is too noisy, the landlord asked me to pay the tourist fee through the third-party website ‘Sumup’ which I don’t know whether it is legal to not use Booking official payment way. Also, the biggest problem is we can’t have a consistent hot shower for four nights!!!!! The shower head can’t maintain a consistent hot water, if I turn the tap to right a little bit, it becomes too cold and I need to turn it off and turn on again, waiting for a long time to get water. The landlord is rude and didn't check the facility before we arrive. He didn't want to compensate my stay here, what a shame Booking had such a landlord. I will not use Booking anymore and i already sent the complaint email to ACM in Netherlands.

Good time in Rome
The hostesses were super sweet and gave us some points on how to visit and what to do in the area. Definitely recommend the place
