  Vorsicht nicht mieten?!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

  Nur lage.

  Die Wohnung ist unbewohnbar. Abflusse verstopft.Hilfe zu holen null ich sollte im Wald übernachten (Rat von Eigentümer). Staub ,Schmutz ,Stinkt aus der Abflussen. Wir haben die Wohnung 5 Tage früher verlassen.

  Too expensive for what you get, "SmartProperties Hungary" is a very bad host.

  The location to our venue was okay, and the bed was comfortable. There was a baby room, so for whoever is travelling with babies, it might be good for you. It's first floor, so if that helps you, I guess it's good.

  First off, the agent working the apartment is very rude and unhelpful. Basically they send you 3 huge messages on Booking, an Email, and GuestAdvisor instructions, and expect you to read ALL of it, plus their own AI website with all of that explained once more. All I need is the keys and a parking spot, not an entire user manual for a one-night stay. Never answered a single question I had about entrance or parking, just pointed me to "read all instructions" or "read each character in instructions". Rude. 🙄 Next is just a list of stuff missing: - 30 euro tax for cleaning, but there's a bunch of spider webs on ceilings and outside of windows. Also, the toaster is so discustingly greasy, I'd rather not even touch it. - The street is so noisy that you can't open the window while sleeping or doing pretty much anything in the apartment. - The air conditioning is super old, loud, and it can't even properly condition the place. So you can't even use the AC, nor the window for sleeping. Couldn't sleep at all due to heat in apartment. - The air ventilation in both toilet and WC are old and noisy, you can't turn them off manually (auto start on light turning on). We showered lights off just to not listen to the ventilation. Also, it's full of dust, so what's even the point of ventilating if it's so dusty? 🤔 - Couldn't find a single walking distance store next to the apartment, so either bring your food early, or go somewhere else for groceries. - With ALL the instructions given, which seems like nobody actually read those (with their AI website, think an AI created these too), there's no instructions on how to actually check out. - And to emphasize it more, ZERO communication, and ZERO hospitality. I suppose this is not only for this apartment, but for all they're managing.
