    Could be so much better.

    Craig was very responsive. Great location for exploring Penzance and St Ives areas. Good for dogs.

    Property doesn’t live up to pictures, it’s is very tired and needs sprucing up - damaged walls throughout and dirt in places. It requires a general refurb (re-paint, deep clean etc). Has the potential to be amazing but lets itself down currently. Wouldn’t stay again until it has been refurbed.

    Avoid!

    Nothing

    The host- rude, unpredictable, unprofessional. The apartment- dirty, dangerous low roof, missing bedding, bedding provided was dirty. Cramped. Garden was not fenced, unsafe for our dog. Driveway was very uneven and damaged my car! We left after less than 4 hours due to the above points- not sure it was even noticed.
