Unfortunately, nothing positive to mention, as we were not allowed to check in even after prepayment.

We were denied check-in, and our prepayment was not refunded. While the property had informed us beforehand that identification documents would be required, they never clarified that the passport of the person who made the reservation was mandatory, even if that person was not staying at the property. As a result of this lack of clear communication and the staff’s unprofessional attitude, the guests were left without accommodation at the last minute and lost their prepayment.
