    The location is fantastic and the cottage is cosy and welcoming.

    We chose not to pay for the pre heated hot tub on arrival thinking that we could heat it ourselves the next day. It took much longer than expected and regret not requesting the initial heating on arrival. It would be good to make it really clear in the ad that the initial heating is recommended as heating it from cold takes many hours. We were not able to use it as much as we had hoped.

    Remote and peaceful (mostly) Hot tub&pizza oven Cosy of a night time Views and farm animals Owner super helpful Very private, sun-trapping garden. All the appliances and homeware that one needs for a comfortable stay.

    Bed slightly big for the room - is a squeeze if you're a bit on the chunky side Not enough clothing storage Door was a bit difficult to lock Partner tripped up the inner step - maybe a light or 2 required as it blends in to the rest of the floor Another guests dog was often rather yappy.

    Lovely little cottage, close enough to pubs and shops but properly off the beaten track! Michelle couldn’t have been more helpful, especially since it was a very last minute booking.
