    Really not a good experience.

    Not much

    The telephone number listed was incorrect, after talking to 3 different people we finally got ahold of a person who met us at our car and took us to the place that was supposed to be a Romantic Luxury Room. There was not anything Romantic about it. Four flights of narrow dangerous stairs and it appeared to be in someone’s backyard. The shower drenched the bathroom and when not using the shower we tried using the bath tub but only got 3” of water before we ran out of hot water. Hit our heads on the slanted ceiling trying to use the toilet. None of the pictures in the Booking.com literature were even close to what we got. Moved out to a suite at another facility and could not get a refund for our three unused nights stay. Don’t go there.

    Sehr sauber, großzügig, zentral. Sehr freundliches Personal. Dass wir im 3.Stockwerk wohnten wussten wir im Vorfeld, also kein Gejammer wegen der Stiegen!
