  ROMANTIC NAYPLIO is a NIGHTMARE NAYPLIO

  nothing

  - antic rotten furniture with ants and cockroaches hidding behind - unconfortable beds with one of the beds in the kitchen advertised as an extra bedroom - old AIR CONDITIONING making such a bad noise - toilet in the bathroom has a bad design spitting out the inside stuff when flushing the watter - the lady host was present at checkout saying everything is ok, however after 24h we did the checkout she contacted booking.com and us saying she can not find a chair and a plate given by her mother asking booking.com and us for more money

  The apartment full of terrible surprises Firstly, the flat was freezing despite the information provided on Bookin.com that there was heating available. The only heating available was air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, leaving the kitchen and other areas of the flat extremely cold. Secondly, the flat was advertised as having two bedrooms, but in reality, there was only one bedroom and a bed in the cold kitchen. This meant that my son had to sleep in the living room, which was not ideal. Additionally, not enough warm blankets were provided, making the cold even more unbearable. Thirdly, during our stay, my husband accidentally broke a lamp and reported it to the owner. I was asked to pay 150 euros in cash, which I did. However, I later found out that this was against the rules and the owner should have requested payment through Booking. Lastly, after 10 days of leaving the flat, I received aggressive messages from the owner claiming that I had also damaged the sofa upholstery and asked for another 200 Euros. However, during my stay, the sofa was covered by a heavy blanket and was not uncovered at any point. It is unclear how this damage could have occurred. Overall, my experience at this flat was not a positive one. The lack of heating, misleading information about the number of bedrooms, issues with payment and false accusations from the owner made the stay the worse ever.
