    Posizione centrale ottima

    Posizione comoda centrale. Ottimo il dialogo con la proprietà/affittuario molto presente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ottima pulizia. La casa è strutturata anche per viverci qualche giorno. Dotazione di base. Il materasso del letto è comodo.

    Poco spazio di movimento, il monolocale è veramente molto piccolo, ma per poche notti è ideale per la posizione centrale. L'ascensore non arriva al piano e bisogna portare la valigia a mano al piano superiore. Poca luce (solo una bocca di lupo nello spazio vivibile, il bagno è senza finestra). In una giornata di pioggia c'è la possibilità che salga odore di fogna dal bagno (su 3 giorni a me è capitato per 1 giorno).
