    Excellent location for your visit to Lucerne

    The location is excellent and the terrace was perfect!

    The bed is very firm and not the most comfortable.

    Surely the best place to stay in Lucerne!

    Everything! The receptionists were wonderfully friendly and helpful, the location - perfect, an easy walk from the station and very close to the lake and the famous bridges, breakfast was great and I loved the history and charm of the hotel, there were many treasures on display in the corridors, my favourite was the antique rocking horse. Dinner at the Terrace was also wonderful. I appreciated the free coffee and tea available in the guest lounge, and the evening visits from the lovely woman who gave out ideas for tours for the following day.
