  Nice, convenient apartment for short stay visits to Rome

  The location was very convenient for walking to most of the city - bus access was around the corner. The terrace was a lovely feature to wind down and have an aperitivo at home. Two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect for us as two couples traveling together. Also, two hairdryers - one for each room - was great. Having an elevator was helpful when moving luggage in and out as this apartment is on the 4th floor above ground. Meeting with the

  The property is described as having a fully stocked kitchen - that didn't include dish soap and only included one dishwasher tab that wasn't replenished by the cleaners. In addition, one wine glass was broken on arrival and not replaced. One corkscrew/bottle opener was also broken and not replaced. The frying pan didn't work on the induction cooktop. Finally, there was only one serviette/napkin to be used as a dishtowel and/or napkin - no additional kitchen linens were provided. Free toiletries means two small bottles of body wash and shampoo that were not replenished during the week - guests should be advised to bring their own products if they are staying more than 1-2 days. Would recommend including a guest manual to help with instructions on use of appliances (heating/cooling - for example explaining that the radiators are on timers, washing machine etc), and generalities like who to contact with questions, what to do with garbage/recycling, when cleaners attend, what buzzer at the front door is for the apartment, etc. We were able to message with the contact who gave us the keys and she was very helpful, but this could be made easier with a simple guidebook.

  Nunca pudimos cocinar con los sartenes. Faltan ollas grandes Falto que la chica que nos entregó las llaves nos explicara cómo funcionaban las cosas. Ej: televisores, calefacción, aire acondicionado, donde botar la basura En resumen todo lo tuvimos que consultar y eso no corresponde.

  Świetny apartament z cudnym tarasem

  Apartament jest w świetnej lokalizacji, jest pięknie urządzony i wykończony. Fantastyczny taras z widokiem na dachy Rzymu. Dwie duże i wygodne sypialnie, dwie łazienki. W okolicy mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji. Wszędzie jest blisko. Właściciel apartamentu był bardzo miły i pozwolił nam się wcześniej zameldować za co bardzo dziękujemy. Ale gdyby nie było takiej możliwości to zaraz obok jest przechowalnia bagażu więc można go tam zostawić i ruszać w miasto.

  Drobiazgi, ale muszę wspomnieć. W wyposażeniu kuchni brakowało kilku rzeczy, np ścierek, były 3 kieliszki do wina a nas 4. Ciśnienie wody było słabe. W jednej z sypialni jest piękna wanna ale napuszczenie wody trwało wieki. Spłuczka wczesnej z lazienek nie działała jak należy. Ale to drobiazgi do poprawienia, bo ogólne wrażenie jest bardzo dobre.
