Falta de seriedad y compromiso con los huéspedes
Pésimo servicio por parte del alojamiento. Tenía una reserva para dos noches y comuniqué con anticipación que, debido a un problema con mi vuelo, no podría llegar la primera noche, pero sí la siguiente. Me respondieron que no había ningún problema y que podía llegar la segunda noche. Sin embargo, al llegar, no había ninguna señalización que identificara el alojamiento. Después de dar varias vueltas, logré ubicar el edificio y el timbre, pero nadie respondió. Al llamar al número registrado, me informaron que mi reserva había sido cancelada, que había perdido el dinero de ambas noches y que no podía hospedarme. En ese momento, tuve que buscar otro alojamiento de emergencia, ya que viajaba con mi hijo menor de edad. Más tarde, cuando ya me encontraba en el otro hospedaje, me escribieron en un tono poco profesional, indicando que yo no había llegado y que no tenía derecho a reclamar. Han demostrado una total falta de seriedad y, hasta la fecha, no he recibido una respuesta ni el reembolso correspondiente a la segunda noche. No recomiendo este alojamiento; su actuación demuestra una falta de responsabilidad y compromiso con sus huéspedes.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
No signage outside to help you find the location. Difficult to get in. I had to keep calling for someone to unlock the doors. Tiny little note on the 2nd floor telling you that it's Vatican suites. Tried to take a shower, I had approximately 30-45 seconds of hot water. I booked this location because the add said parking available & free parking. Misleading. It made me think that there was a parking lot. Nope. Had to park on the street for which I had to pay for.
