    Great location and view but, at present, better suited for short stay.

    Great location, 5-10 min walk to Trastevere central. Spacious apartment with two baths was good for family with two young kids. 3rd floor but lift was helpful for moving luggage. View was wonderful and the small balcony with small table was great for morning and evening. Secure building.

    Better for a short stay. We stayed for two weeks for work and it was not ideal. Not enough seating in sitting room. One small couch was uncomfortable with cushions that always slid off. Small 32 inch TV. Stove doesn’t work. No blackout curtains in master. No AC in second bedroom. Lights in master bath don’t turn off (switch broken) so the windows in the bath allow light to shine into bedroom. No freezer in fridge so no way to make ice.

    Spacious apartment, comfort linens, enough towels, amazing view, easy access. The owner fixed issues we’ve had upon arrival and answered us pretty quickly.

    The apartment had several maintenance and comfort issues that affected our stay. The air conditioning is old and not very effective, and the shower has weak water pressure with a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. A shelf in the shower would also be a helpful addition. The bed is peeling and shows signs of wear, and the balcony furniture (table and chairs) is rusty and not well maintained. The internet connection was weak and not reliable. We were traveling with a baby and were not informed in advance that the apartment is located above a bar, which was important information we would have appreciated knowing. It is also worth noting that the apartment is located up a hill, which may be important for other guests. In addition, both the dishwasher and kettle were full of limescale and need proper cleaning or maintenance. Small improvements like providing a bottle of water in the fridge would also have made the arrival experience more welcoming.
