We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location was excellent, and the rooms were very clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

On the whole nice but please include photos of your lower priced rooms to prevent disappointment!
As advertised and highlighted in other reviews the location of the property was great, situated in a quieter area of Rome with reduced noise at nighttime. The building itself was good and felt safe and secure with multiple locked doors and a working elevator which made transportation of luggage easier. All of the staff we met were friendly and welcoming and made an effort to ensure we were comfortable during our stay.
Our room didn’t match the photos shown on the booking site and were ultimately misleading. The photos on the site showed large modern looking rooms with high ceilings, modern furniture and in some case kitchenettes in the rooms. We felt our room was basic in comparison with very little storage space, none of the nice furniture shown and in general more of a ‘hostel’ feel to it. I was also concerned about at least one of the wall sockets, which seemed to be loose/coming away from the wall - not safe with young children around!

It’s very convenient to get to the main attractions, and the overall environment is also quite quiet.
The location is very convenient, very close to the Vatican Museums, and shopping is easy. The staff are all very nice, and the response time is fast.
All is good.
