    Careful when you need it dark. The apartment is very bright, even during the night.

    Saubere Wohnung gut ausgestattet, z.b gab es eine Waschmaschine mit Waschpulver. Das Badezimmer war geräumig, der Raum selbst auch. Das Bett war bequem. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend. Die Lage in der Nähe einer Straßenbahn mit 20 Minuten Fahrt zum Zentrum ist auch okay. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf Wien.

    Das Apartment ist viel zu hell und man kann es nur sehr schlecht abdunkeln. Von Mai bis Ende Juli würde ich da nicht wohnen wollen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist extrem gering. Es sind 96 Stufen bis zum Eingang des Apartments. Wenn der Aufzug nicht geht - und er war 3 Tage außer Betrieb - dann ist das ganz schön heftig. Die 16 Stufen vom Apartment zur Dachterrasse haben kein Geländer. Das Smart Fernsehen scheint keinerlei öffentlich-rechtliche Sender zu haben, nur seltsame Kanäle auf denen stundenlang Comedy oder andere Serien laufen.
