  The apartment offers ideal comfort for families with children. Getting to the city is completely hassle-free thanks to the bus stop right next door. Additionally, having a supermarket very close by makes daily grocery shopping incredibly easy. Beyond the great location, the host is very easy to communicate with and exceptionally helpful. Before booking this place, we had another fully paid reservation via Booking.com that was unexpectedly canceled without any explanation just a few hours before check-in. As a family with a single child, we were on the verge of a ruined trip, but thanks to this host's swift response and help, we had a very comfortable stay. Our trip was saved from being a complete disaster much more by our host's deep understanding and support than by the assistance provided by Booking.com. We are truly grateful to him.

  Nous étions 9 et avions donc loué 2 appartements face à face. Ils étaient spacieux et bien agencées. La localisation allait et il y avait un arrêt de bus a proximité ainsi que deux supermarchés, ce qui était pratique! Jan a été un hôte excellent, disponible, réactif, à l'écoute et très aimable.

  Les chambres ainsi que la salon et la salle de bain étaient propres par contre le ménage laissait à désirer niveau vaiselle (verres et plats sales laissés dans les armoires). La machine à café devrait également être changée ou dérartrée. Je l'ai indiqué à Jan à notre départ et il s'est tout de suite excusé pour ce désagrément et indiqué qu'il en informerait son équipe de nettoyage. Cela dit notre logement initial avait été annulé le jour J à 12h et nous avions dès lors réservé ces appartements en urgence pour une arrivée d'une partie d'entre nous dans l'heure, donc il est également possible que le propriétaire n'ait pas eu le temps de faire un dernier check des appartements avant de nous laisser les clés sans compter que les précédents clients n'étaient visiblement pas non très corrects ni propres. Dans l'ensemble notre séjour s'est bien passé.
