Die Lage ist fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof 10 Minuten. Daher auch sehr zentral zur Fußgängerzone und 2 Minuten zum Edeka oder Bäcker, sowie Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gestaltet und hat sogar einen Austritt auf eine kleine Terrasse. Man könnte diese noch etwas gemütlicher gestalten. Im Bad sollte unbedingt der Schimmel entfernt werden, da dieser nicht zur Wohlfühlen einlädt. Wir haben Dauer gelüftet, da es wohl nur etwas überstrichen wurde. Die Kissen im Schlafbereich müssen unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Ausgelegen und unbequem. Der Wohn und Küchenraum ist super hell und mit der Sitzecke sehr schön gestaltet. Mit dem Bus 102 oder X92 erreicht man schnell den Strand Laboe oder Strande.
