Tonnes of firewood, farm feel, just fantastic!

This is a farm stay in the sense that you've got a cute cottage on a working farm. The family is genuine and down to earth friendly. It is self-cater with braai and kitchen cooking. There are ponds and farm road walking on the property to see birds and generally open views of the surrounding mountains.
I list this here not as a negative but since many read the negatives before the positives, I'll state it again here - This is a working farm so farm machinery/tractors do start up and make noise at 6am. I personally smiled and rolled over in bed, knowing I didn't have to get up and go to work. My only "change" to the cottage would be a more appropriate sink for washing dishes and preparing food, as currently it's just a large 2 faucet "bathroom" sink.

Fab Farm stay
Great location, wonderful hosts, the most comfortable bed, hot shower, thoughtfully decorated rooms and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The presence of furry members of the family added to a special stay.
