Super super clean and quiet and very convenience place to stay. located in the middle of area of locals. This place has everything you need for happy stay. Very close to metro station and bus stops. Host and his sister is super communicative and helped me a lot.

Absolutely perfect! Will be back.
I needed a place to stay in the centre of Rome so I could go to the Cappodanno Concert. This was an ideal location, Augusto and his sister were perfect hosts, with all the info I needed. I particularly appreciated the straightforward key-less access and the facilities the room. The style is also excellent.
I loved the coffee machine and kettle - as a Brit, I like my tea, so some ordinary every-day t bags would be great. And milk, or at least a notice to bring my own, because I can't drink tea or coffee without it!
