    Location was great!

    Communication was not good with this rental. We stayed in 6 different places on our trip to Italy, this one was hard with communication and added a bit of extra that we didn't have with any of our other stays. We stayed for one night before flying home. They never reached out to us, ever, before our stay. I reached out numerous times before leaving for our trip to try to get all information taken care of prior to travel. Zero response via booking.com or WhatsApp. We heard from them a few days before we arrived, mid trip, then they needed all of these things from us before checking in. We had to get in on our own, but they needed passport information that they wanted me to send over WhatsApp. All things that I tried to take care of over email before leaving. The pictures are misleading to what is there. We were fine because is was for one night. The toilet had the sanitation wrap on the lid, with poop all over the toilet seat. The unit overall was not clean. The room is just a room inside an apartment. Felt more like a bed and breakfast than hotel room. A little unsettling with kids with us.

    Perfect vacation location if you want a higher end stay.

    Location and patio, air flow with the patio doors open was great. Close proximity to all sites.

    The air conditioner has a mold smell.
