Lovely peaceful spot in the heart of the city.
Location is idea - betweem buzzin marina and old town. Great roof terrace with small pool and big bar. Great rooms. Great AC. Breakfast in basement - might be nice if the open doors to patio. We really liked this hotel. It's our second RoomMate after Valencia and both have been excellent. Don't let the location next to the road put you off.. We were 1st floor next to the road and hardly heard anything.
All great - and I don't say that very often.

Great location, but the room and breakfast buffet needs addressing.
The location was ideal. Short walk to the main shopping street and tourist sites. The rooftop bar was nice, with great views and a designated area for hotel users. The majority of staff are super friendly. Finally, the breakfast included ran from 7-12 which is great for late risers.
We booked the basic room and selected the option for a double bed. When we arrived we were told it was only twin beds available and it was in the small print that double bed was subject to availability. Why even give a choice in the first place. As newly wed couples we did not want twin beds. We were given the option to upgrade to a double bed for an extra 10 euros/night. In this day and age where AI can do the problem solving for you, it should be reasonable to be able to book a room knowing exactly what beds are available or based on what’s already been booked. I have never had this experience before and I have travelled a lot. Additionally, where you are not able to accommodate our needs, it is surely the hotels responsibility to upgrade free of charge…as did our hotel in Granada when they could not give us the room we booked. The receptionist was pretty matter-of-fact and not sympathetic about this either. Another disappointing point is that the breakfast is not very halal friendly. The meats were predominantly pork and the turkey slices that were available; the utensils used to pick them up are shared with ham slices as well as the cheese. The room itself was okay but there was no space to open your suitcases if there were two of you, but there are wardrobes. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not and we tried three. The shower had no extractor fan so it got steamy and stuffy quickly. In terms of soundproofing you could hear people in the hallway and adjacent rooms easily as well as the doors slamming quite loudly as they are heavy.

Prima hotel op super locatie
Hotel ligt in het centrum. Op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden. Er is een klein zwembad op het dakterras. Met lekkere ligbedden. Personeel is erg aardig. Ontbijt is prima. Zeker een aanrader
