    We loved everything in the and the location.

    The family above us and early hours of Sunday morning the fire exit door was slammed so hard and the side gate. We know that we heard man and a woman talking and walking across their apartment whether they did it out of spite because of the complaint made regarding Friday evening and you did the right thing by having a word with the tenant. In my opinion I think families with children should be on ground floor. So all in all we had 2 nights of sleepless night and I think as a goodwill gesture I shouldn't have paid that sort of money. Half a refund would be great. The child's bed was uncomfortable but it was bearable.
