We stayed here last night and it was amazing! What a fantastic job they have done on both the renovation of the castle and the beautiful accommodation. We have been bicycle touring for a month and this was the highlight. Whilst the road was very steep to get up, it was fine on E-Bikes. It felt like we were the only ones there and it was fabulous having the run of the castle to wander around in. The stars were incredible as there is no light pollution. It was self check in but all the instructions were very clear. The castle shop also has wine and bits and pieces to purchase. We brought our own food for the evening as it’s too far to go with a bike touring get anything. Can’t recommend highly enough
