Made me feel at home
I liked the location, the spacious room, and the cleanliness of the entire place. Anna was an amazing hostess. She was kind enough to wait for us (airport delay) even after her working hours. She even took the time to give us a tour of the building and she was very helpful in explaining the area to us since it's our first time in Verona. She is a bank of local information. She really did a great job in maintaining the unit.

Brilliant central location, characterful and historic building. Great welcome from Anna, she supplied lots of information and suggestions and gave us on-going support during our stay. This included luggage storage once we'd checked out and arranging a taxi at the end. We would otherwise have struggled on the bus and I'm very glad the suggested a taxi.

It was all amazing! Anna was very lovely and helpful. She welcomed us in and checked on us the next day to confirm everything was good and to make sure the travel cot for our baby was comfortable (which was all set-up whenever we arrived). Everything was clean, the bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a short stay (including a couple of cold bottles.of water, Nespresso capsules, tea bags, basic kitchen stuff). Anna also sorted and booked our taxi for our last day as well (really appreciate it). The apartment is on the third floor, but there is a small lift that really helped with our luggage. The location is also great! I really recommend it.

We won’t be able to recommend, unfortunately.
Our room was beautiful exactly as the picture.
The stairs to get up to our rooms, dark staircase & entry to building. The lights in entrance & hallways were not working, we did advise host of this situation & it’s a shared building. However, Our room was beautiful and large & comfortable
