Great location great value nice customer service
The room was spacious and well maintained. The shared kitchen and had a nice outside area. Close to bus stops and plenty restaurants in the area. I had stayed in another location once before and this particular area was much better before and after my flight.
My ac had a malfunction and the owner moved me quickly.

Struttura estremamente pulita, con ampio spazio esterno per la colazione. Accoglienza veramente calorosa con ottimi suggerimenti . La posizione è strategica e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi sia in arrivo da Roma Termini con lo shuttle bus sia per recarsi all'aeroporto tramite bus di linea (costo biglietto bus 1 € !)

Great location. Clean place. Close to stores restaurants. Maurizio was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Also close to airport.
